I'm a 40 Year drywall professional and these are the BEST way to patch around electrical boxes, light boxes etc. Just cutout the shape that fits your box, apply mud to the backside and apply. It's much stronger and better than the ones with the thin metal, that is way to weak to do any good. These are 8" x 8" and you will get 2 in this order.
